I am the SEO lead for a Digital Marketing company in Ireland. I do these jobs to make some extra cash. I can see from your site that it does need some onsite optimization. The metadescriptions and keywords are not great and need improvement. For me to be able to do this I would need access to your site. You could give me tempory access as an administrator and when I was finished cancel my access. I could optimize your site in a few days but if I spread the work over a month its more benefical SEO wise. 1 hour a day 5 days a week gets you a better result than 5 hours one day a week. If you want I would be agreeable to a monthly package but you would probably be happier waiting to see what results I get you before discussing that. I always advise people to get their site connected to Google analytics before I start so they can see the improved rankings as time goes on. Typically improvements start after about a week.
