Appointment Setter Needed

English speaking appointment setters needed (part or full time) to call pre-selected manufacturing and industrial companies, EST & CST time zones. We provide lead lists in salesforce.com. The appointments are targeted at decision makers of small and mid-sized industrial firms for "Industrial Marketing Specialists" to come in and discuss how they can better leverage the Web to grow their business. {This position is for appointment setting only, some follow-up will be required, but the set meetings will be handled by certified web specialists.}

Qualified candidates will be trained on the lead database system ([url removed, login to view]) as well as the marketing services being solicited; paid training.

This is an independent contractor (1099) work from home position, 20 - 32 hours per week, with all work to be performed on-line. A computer, high speed Internet access, and a cell phone with a US Number is required. Fixed monthly cell phone and Internet access costs will be paid by Strategic Market Solutions, LLC.

Working hours are somewhat flexible, although all of the work must be performed during normal business hours. Candidates must be self-starters and well-motivated demonstrating that they can work at home.

The on-line database workflow system records work performed and will be used to verify weekly time sheets.

This is an hourly position ($7.50- $8.50 Per hour based on experience to start) + bonuses based on appointments set and sales closed. A typical appointment setter working 32 hours per week, securing 12+ appointments per week will earn over $1,500/month. Productivity evaluation after 90 days with high performing appointment setters earning an increase in compensation.

Candidates with Internet, sales, appointment setting, and/or advertising experience will be highly considered.
