Adwords Campaign to my landing Page

I need a Google Certified Manager to develop and create successful campaigns with Google Adwords. Requirements : - Conversions on people searching our brand and on keywords or long tail keywords We want someone who is experienced with paid ads and certified partner of Google, preferably has an interest or knowledge within our industry of the advertising industry. We are expecting you to monitor and keep working on for a 1 month period, should we get the conversions we will hire for continuing work. TASKS WILL INCLUDE: - Development and optimization of Adwords campaigns and create new campaigns that will convert, keywords, adds etc - Keyword research for our industry - Competitor analysis - Suggestions for our home page or our site welcomed if needed. - Checking our negative keyword lists We should see conversions that run on an acceptable ROI.
