Content syndication for new reputation management company

We are a new reputation management company. We are looking for someone who can syndicate content that we create for our clients. The content is normally interesting articles that are related to our client's field of work or industry. The content is professionally written in-house by us, and edited by professional editors. We are looking for someone that knows how to syndicate content out to the Web, and gain us backlinks that point at the various websites we create for our clients. We want to work with someone who has previous experience and has been successful with content syndication and knows how to build backlinks. This can be an ongoing professional relationship. Right now we have 3-4 pieces of content that we would like to syndicate per month, and this number will increase as our business grows. We are on a budget and are looking for someone who knows how to syndicate content, and uses automated syndication tools that will save us money and them time. We understand that content is syndicated in multiple ways, and that automated syndication tools are only part of the strategy. We will need to verify that you have had experience syndicating content, so please give us some examples of your work. And give us an idea of approximately how many places you can syndicate content out to, and how many backlinks you think we can get for each piece of content that you syndicate.
