Digital Marketing - SEO, PPC, Social Media and Strategy

We are a law firm fee comparison website service – like the iSelect or the Webjet of the legal profession in Australia. We advertise our services online to consumers and businesses across Australia. Job Description: You will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, being: 1. SEO; 2. Re-marketing; 3. Ad-words/PPC campaigns; 4. Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). You must have a solid understanding of and experience in all aspects of digital marketing and the release of new services. You will be expected to set out in the weekly report strategic advice and insights on the way we can improve our results through marketing. You will also alert us to any new marketing methods used by our competitors and advise on what we should be doing. You will be given a budget which must be adhered to. You will be expected to advise us on the best means of allocating this budget across various means of digital marketing i.e. how much should we allocated to SEO, and how much to social media etc. You will provide a written report on the marketing you have undertaken each week and the results achieved. Your success with our company depends on constant improvement of our marketing, driving more consumers to our website and ensuring conversions (i.e. people accessing the site become paying customers). Your qualifications: - Prior experience in digital marketing mandatory. Two References (must be located in Australia) must be provided on application. - It is preferable for you to be based in Australia and we must be able to email you and Facetime/Skype you as frequently as we require. We require your services initially for 15 to 20 hours per week. With the right applicant this position could easily turn into a very long term position with increased hours due to our growing business Compensation: To be agreed with the successful applicant, however primarily is expected to be based on conversions (i.e. the amount of paying customers who go through our site as a result of your marketing). As a result there is potential for this to be a very well paid position, depending on your skill.
