I’ve 10 Years experience in Customer Service and Support. I’ve been involved in providing telephonic support (both technical and non-technical) to a variety of Customers globally, particularly in US and UK. My areas of expertise include IT Help desk support, Customer Service, Service Management, CRM Management. I’ve worked on different ticket management tools like BMC Remedy, IBM Tivoli, Support Soft, Zendesk. I’ve also been involved in training and development of employees, experience in creating and updating Knowledge Base articles. Excellent experience in handling calls in a high volume fast paced call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are in the information Security Industry since over a decade and we understand the industry and the challenges being faced to better handle the business support function.
