I need someone to write me an app that will let to phones exchange text files with complete source code and documentation. In detail, I need two phones to be able to connect to each other like server and client even if they are behind a NAT or on a private network such as 3G or 4G. The only part that I have is a rendezvous server where both phones can let the server know of their IP address they are on and the port that they have opened on the phone to be connected. The app needs to be able to detect the type of network the phone is and be able to connect to the other phone on a different network, both behind a router or NAT.
