alfresco 3.4 Share - customize blog editor to upload image

The task is really simple. I am using Alfresco Share Blog Editor, but it allows to insert image only from a URL link, I need to customize it (TinyMCE) to allow to upload images from user's local computer as well.

Open for any alternative solution to achieve same or related behavior.
