Android App: Moving rectangles from one area to the other

I want an app that can get accepted on the Android Market place. Should follow their style guide for acceptance.
Basically, I want it to be a simple game where there is a rectangle at the top, and 3 rectangle choices at the bottom. The user will have to pick the correct rectangle and lock snap it in place under the top rectangle.
Ultimately, the rectangles will have text in them. The text will be text that I will upload via a database for Android. There will be a primary fragment of text at the top and a matching rectangle of text at the bottom (the correct answer), with 2 other similar text rectangles at the bottom that are the wrong choices.
I want to be able to load these text fragments in a database: 1) Question, 2) Answer 1, 3) Answer 2, 4) Answer 3 . Each of those text strings will popoulate the rectangle text boxs that are movable. Make Answer 1 in the database always right... however randomly place the answer in the text boxes/rectangles.
In other words, a sentence completion app, where I will control the library of data.
There should be several levels of access to the amount of data. The user will only have access to one area as a free trial (please set up the free trial vs paid in Android as well). Then upon payment, will gain access to a larger section of data. Then upon a larger payment update, will be able to get access to more data.
Count basic right and wrong answers in a score. Save those stats in the user profile.
Create levels of achievement for the user. Once they get 90% correct, they can advance to the next level for the game.
Be creative with the color schemes, menus and the usability. Make it a usable app. I do plan to customize as needed, or will pay more for further changes, but first I need the overall foundation.
