Android App - MLS - Real estate apps

The goal of this Android App, that scrapes its data from website [login to view URL]; So that you can search, and view real-estate listings; It would be good to work from top down as the website shows; Eg; Step 1, what listing are you searching for a) residential b)? commercial c) international And then allow the user to refine the search for searching via; price range, number of beds, ? baths etc... as seen on page;? [login to view URL]? The goal would be to show the listing on a built in google map view, as pins. Clicking on the pin would get you the information from the website.
