Hi! I will do a very responsive and user friendly interface because for this kind of software this part is very important. I have experience with integrating Google Maps and developing user interfaces using jquery, javascript, css. On backend I will just use Spring. Please tell me if you want a specific database, or MySql it is ok. I have just one question for now, what do you mean "Safety Measurements"? Do you refer to website security or Driving Safety Measurements (includes roads safety and other parameters)? Before I start we will talk to you about detailed functional specification and then I will make a sketch of the project.
