Hello Sir, I am a java developer with good experience in java as well as socket programming, which i believe is relevant to this project I understand you need the following done. 1) java application to capture data from specified port and then saving to db. My question is ? What service would be running on the port? What would be the structure of the data that is to be captured from the port?
