Chat application from mibew.org to be customized its free and opensource

I have a task which needs only php and js skills. Please read my entire job scope below as I have mentioned it in great detail. [login to view URL] has a free open source chat application you can download it and run it on your local or upload it onto your hosting account and once done you can check if you will be able to do the customization. I need the following to be customized there. 1] After we click on the chat button we should be able to see the pics of all the online operators at that time which are already created in the system with the status “Online” in green color. 2] These pics will be clickable and after clicking on any of the pic the user will be asked to type his/her name and start the chat. 3] When the user will log in to his customer portal only then he is going to see the chat button so when this logged in user chats with the operator the operator should see the users contact details link from the customer portal. 4] In operators chat window the operator should see other online operators pics with online status in the right hand side bar or somewhere in that same window. 5] Now if the user is chatting with operator ‘X’ and has some queries which can be answered only by operator ‘Y’ then operator ‘X’ will drag the pic of operator ’Y’ into the current chat and ‘Y’ will join this chat session. As operator ‘Y’ joins the chat session the system should again show the link of user contact details so that operator ‘Y’ knows with whom he is talking.
