Configure WSO2 Enterprise Mobility Manager so devices can Enrol into MDM system

A previous freelancer installed WSO2 on a linux DigitalOcean droplet. It seems to be running OK but we cannot enrol devices. WSO2 product: [login to view URL] We are having issues enrolling devices. I have recorded the process and show you where it stops working. Essentially: - user has been added the system. - installed the WSO2 android app. - enter in server detail (IP address). - enter in username and password. - it authenticates password (fails if incorrect). - asks to set a pin. - fails and comes up with contact administrator. We want this fixed so the device is enrolled and we can see it in the WSO2 EMM Device Management. We will provide all the server details for you to fix.
