Develope a new protocol to traccar gps tracker server

I need a java developer to add a new protocol at traccar gps tracker server (a open source software) can be downloadable at [login to view URL] The server already have most needed functionalities to do this, the developer only need to adapt other tracccar protocol to a new protocol from the layout attached here.
