Cross browser javascrpt / ajax modification

I have a website, on which i use a javascript /ajax peice of code that allows me to make changes to a database without refreshing the page. This all works fine in mozilla, however in IE the submit button doesn't show, this can beseen by visiting this page. [login to view URL] What i need is for somebody to modify the code so that IE and all other browsers like it and so that it works the same as it does in Mozilla. For a professional who is experienced in javascript / ajax this shouldn't be a big jobs as the code is all in place and should just need modyfing. Please bid sensibly.
