Barcode read script for mobile OS

I want to be very accurate : I need one script capable to read 2D/3D barcodes on iOS, Android, Windows, Symbian systems. Script The script must be PHONEGAP COMPATIBLE. Because we want to use this script in integration with Phonegap based applications. Script must just : - help user focus barcode - read barcode automatically when it is focused - decode barcode - store data into 2 fields: * first field = barcode digits * second field = barcode provenance (website or company name if any) That is all. There must be a single help page in case user wants to learn about how to use script. You can use any PHONEGAP compatible framework to code script (jQuery Mobile or other) Regards.
