A private App Store built using phonegap.

I need a private App Store built using phonegap, that is able to pull applications off a server and display them for download. No need to get fancy with it, just needs to be functional and decent looking. Should work for android and iOS. Just to be more clear, this App Store should be pulling off these applications which it displays off a server. So if I upload another application to the server, it should automatically display the newly uploaded application for the user to download. You can put a sample server for now, i will replace server details when you send me the code.
