Contact Us Forms - with simple validation

I need 3 Contact us forms to be implemented with JavaScript. [login to view URL] - Multiple fields that need to be validated and info sent as an email to a specific email address. Thank you for your information page, and then a redirect to the home page. [login to view URL] - This is a small field at the top of the home page for newsletter sign up. Once a user signs up and email address has been validated we'd like the user to stay on the home page and the address field to change to: "Thank you, for your signing up, you will receive our latest Newsletter shortly"...or something like that. As you can see from the the links the CSS and the HTML is ready. We need this completed by 00:00GMT on the 16th. If you think this will take you more then 2 hours then don't apply.
