Corporate Website CSS Theme in Drupal and JQuery

Need very creative web designer experienced in JQuery within Drupal to create a new Drupal Theme for small technology company. Current website is written in Drupal 5. We are looking for a designer/drupal web developer to design a new CSS theme in Drupal 6 or Drupal 7. We will handle the content.
