Store locator integrated into Bigcommerce store

What I require is probably very simple for someone who knows what they are doing. In short, I require a store locator to be integrated into my bigcommerce store. I have located a suitable jQuery store locator as shown here: [login to view URL] All I require is someone to integrate this into my store so that it loads the map into a modal window. I can modify the CSS and actual map locations, I just can't get the jQuery to work properly! A quick turn around would be good, but not essential. Ideally within a week, if you can do it sooner, great.
