I have started a web application that has a quiz that will allow the user to answer questions and get points. I need the following features added on to this application: - preloader while the page loads content - determine if this is user's first time and add a welcome message with explanation of site - ability to add custom messages daily once per day (would be nice if it was pulled from database) - ability to save user points after each completed quiz (partially implemented) - ability to see leaderboard on separate page (partially implemented) - only allow user to take one quiz each time (record in database if completed) - on home page record how many quizzes taken out of total - additional game page that has the user get a map of a building and they must identify key areas by clicking. they get points by identifying all areas in the allotted time Must use C#/HTML/JS **BUDGET AND TIME YOU PROPOSE IN YOUR BID IS FINAL!**
