I'm looking for a form with the following: - Two Textboxes for Addresses - The entry in the textboxes to be validated against Google Places using Autocomplete - The Addresses in the Textbox to be displayed as two custom points on a map with route drawn between the two routes - A button on the form (Submit) that will (for this work [login to view URL] the) output of the two addresses with the Long and Lat of the addresses and the distance of the route. The button must validate that the user has selected from an item from the autocomplete text box (e.g it has been validated with Google places).
