Build 3 D3.js Visualizations

We have 3 D3 visualizations that need to be complete. 2 of them have been started and have prototypes, the 3rd will need to be developed from scratch. The process on the project will be like so.
1. I give you rough mock ups of the visualizations and the code we currently have with a small sample JSON
2. You develop the visualizations functionality and we do a back and forth on the prototypes
3. Mid next week I'll get the final JSON format and we adapt the prototypes to use the JSONs
The visualizations themselves are like so:
1. 1 is a pack layout viz that places the bubbles based on their relationship to the Primary Node at the center. This functionality is in place but we need functionality that will allow the bubbles to be pulled apart into separate groups
2. This one has no development started, it is a zoomed out view of all the nodes where a user clicks on an area and it zooms in and provides more details
3. This is a flow Sankey diagram that has a prototype already, I am still gathering details on this but I can send you the prototype code if you want to view it
