I need someone to build me a d3.js horizontal bar chart.
Please see example image attached.
Specifications are as follows....
1. MUST be in d3.js
2. MUST be Responsive but nominally fit within a canvas size of max of 600 px wide and 400px high
3. Color codes MUST be explicitly defined in the code in the form of #ED4433 (not using default d3 color set)
4. Data MUST be inline and NOT from an external file such as csv
5. The Vertical line between Male and Female will move left or right dynamically depending on the ratio of Males to Females. For example...If there were exactly 100 Males and 100 Females in Total, then the vertical line between the two would be in the middle. If there were 150 Males and 50 Females then the vertical line would be 25% in from the right hand side…additionally.... as an example...
From the canvas size nominally…. Assume X-Axis width = 600 - Label width (150) - 450
If, Total of ALL Males = 404 and Total of ALL Females = 65
Hence Total of ALL employees = 469
Hence scale = 450/469 per employee count
The vertical line will be at...
(450/469)*404 pixels from left hand side and hence will be (450/469)*65 pixels from right hand side
6. For experienced d3.js developers, I do not expect this to be a complex project. There are many similar examples on the web from which it should only take an experienced d3 developer an hour or so to complete.

8. Candidates MUST send me examples of THEIR OWN previous work. Do not send me a long list of websites you have built. This is not a website project. ONLY experienced d3.js developers should bid.
