Create a customize software for trading plaform

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for someone who can design for customize software for a trading software. Customize program codes are available on that website but i need further customization. Basically i want to setup a single account trading account on a trading website then it must be linked to VPS server so i can hide my ip address then it should be linked to linked to multiple accounts, so more than 1 user can use it. Plan Main Trading Website---> One account ----> VPS------> Multiple account access Candidate must be expert in programing. Strick deadline. No time waster please
