Customize NetSuite Reference Checkout 2.05

I'm looking for an experienced NetSuite developer to customize Reference Checkout 2.05.0. The requirements:
1. Modify the cart page to display a list of the shipping methods
2. Modify the shipping estimator so it works with the selected shipping method
3. If the customer continues through checkout, the method selected on the cart page will carry through as the default.
4. Modify the templates & CSS as necessary to match the mockup for desktop & mobile.
I have made a copy of the customized SSP application in my test drive account, the developer will make the changes there, then walk me through the process. I want to learn as much as possible, so plan on spending an hour or 2 reviewing it with me.
