an addition to image editor

We have an image editor designed using javascript / Ajax which allows us to resize flip rotate etc. We would like you to add a fetaure to this that does the following. once an image has been selected, we can add padding to the outline of the selected image (similar to adding a frame) the main feature here is that the user can specify in mm the thickness of the padding, the colour, and where it applies, for example. Padding position. Thickness. Left of image: 3 Right of Image: 0 Top: 3 Bottom: 3 Colour to apply (colour selected) Once this is done we should hen be able to save it as anew image, or overwrite the old one. The image quality is not to be effected. we can provide the original image editing script (not to be resold / redistributed) that needs editing, you will need to install this on your/our system and provide us with a link to show it in use.
