classroom with fingerprint attendance system

Greetings, We have a Senior's project, with an idea of fingerprint attendance system. the idea is to connect the fingerprint device with a program with some features. we want you to buy the fingerprint device and then create the software and install it. and send the device to us. all the features and objectives are explained in the attached files . thanks and here some detalis -Allow the student to enter the class according to his schedule. ( from a database ) -Give the student ability to enter the class within 10 minutes from class start, according to his schedule. -After 10 minutes the door will closed and prevent any student to enter the class, that insure there is no interrupt to instructor. That way the instructor and the student will focus more in the lecture. - Student will enter the class by (fingerprint) -Inform the student if he has a warning.(The system will inform any student who gets any warnings by sending an e-mail or SMS.) -If the student exceeds the absents percentage, he will be not allowed to enter the class without permission. - If the student excused for example to go to bathroom, then the system will countdown 10 minutes, then the student can't enter the class if he passes the 10 minutes. - The instructor has complete access to allow anyone to attend the class at any time. - Protect the university's [login to view URL] this system we make sure that the classes are always locked unless in lectures times. -The system will prevent any energy loses by shutting down any form of energy consumption while there're no classes.
