Assit a programmer

I need some one to over see progress or take over a project. Programmer started site and contact as slowly declined as as time as progressed and he got paid. He has installed all the compnts to make this happen however when I do a search the 40 thousands restraunts do not show the filtering is not applied and the menus are not connected to the restraunts for online ordering.
