"Urgently required: Joomla/PHP developer to code the backend (HTML/CSS already complete) of a simple form that allows the user to filter content on the website by two dropdown fields. The site is a for a university and the 2 fields are course category and then the individual course. Once the category is selected, the respective courses for that category are displayed in the second dropdown. From there, the user can press 'Go' to go to the information page for that course."
