A program to plot serial data and print a report

I am a Certified labView Associated Developer (CLAD) with more than five years of experience working for the Swiss company SENIS AG. I have a lot of experience with serial data read. I would need instructions on how your load cell works, and which format it uses to send data. Regarding the limit testing and reporting, this is something I do on daily bases. My most recent project involved reading voltage information at 750 million samples per second, performing a real-time spectrum calculation on a NI FPGA, determining spectral peak and carrier to noise ratio, and outputting to a custom designed screen display. The project also involved control of positioning motors via a USB interface.
