Hi,
I need a lawyer to draw up a agreement that I can ask my client and subcontractor to sign to ensure they cannot do business with each other directly and all business between them has to be coordinated by me. All parties are based in Canada, so it must follow Canadian law.
You are potentially asking for three agreements. One between you and you client to identify a suitable subcontractor. One between you and the subcontractor setting out the basis on which work is to be referred to him, her or it. And one between the client and the subcontractor. Without agreements with the client and subcontractor you have no remedy. Only the party to an agreement has a remedy. I can write the right combination of agreements for you under the relevant state or province law. Canadian federal law cannot be applied directly to agreements of this type.
We have an excellent experience in drafting contracts as per requirements of our clients. We will provide you excellent contracts as per your requirements. Please see PM for specific bid details. Thank you and regards. Preachlex Global Solutions.
