Design an Image of a Cow from Scratch

As per the request of the majority I have moved this to a Illustrator request and to a small business project to allow for greater bidding variation. I am new to this site and didn't realize I set it up to only allow for 500 dollar bids. Hello. I need a design with a high level of skill in Photoshop/Illustrator and a great amount of creativity to design an image for me. This is part of a much large project - and if I like the work it will lead to large amounts of work for the designer. The image I need is a 'cartoon' **Cow**. The image background should be a circle with a three inch diameter (not sure how many pixels that is), but basically when printed or used online the image needs to be a circle with a three inch diameter. As I said there needs to be a cow (playful, happy, goofy looking) within the circle, and the background should have grass at the bottom or something that makes sense (hay, dirt, something fun).
