A British charity is looking for a coder/designer to create a new logo for a high profile project for 14-19 year olds. The coder/designer will be given a brief, with all background information regarding the project, and will be expected to create a logo that is: * Fresh * Clean * Eye catching (but not over the top) * Web friendly * High resolution (for use on large posters/sets) The logo will need to come in various variations. 2009/2010 version * Logo (different colour each year) * Logo with date (different colour each year) * Logo (in black) * Logo with date (in black) 2010/2011 version * Logo (different colour each year) * Logo with date (different colour each year) * Logo (in black) * Logo with date (in black) 2011/2012 version * Logo (different colour each year) * Logo with date (different colour each year) * Logo (in black) * Logo with date (in black) 2012/2013 version * Logo (different colour each year) * Logo with date (different colour each year) * Logo (in black) * Logo with date (in black) After being chosen, the winner bidder will be given the brief and be asked to create 5 mock ups for potential logos. We will then look at, if there is nothing that we think is suitable then the coder/designer will be given comments/recommendations and will have to submit a further 3mockups. Once we have chosen a suitable mock up we will work with the coder/designer to create the final agreed design. We will then choose a range of suitable colours for each year. All this work will need to be completed within a week of your bid being accepted. If you are interested in bidding, please submit examples of your previous work and your bid for the work. We have left this an open bid (no maximum price) and we expect to receive value-for-money bids from proven coders/designers who regularly produce quality work.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
