Delhi resident required

I need a delhi resident, who can asist me with local kowledge of business areas and residential apprtments. Whilst this is a only a few hours job . It may result in a long term relationship in assisting us in delhi. Idealy the person should have great administrative skills and should have initiative, ie above average common sense.
