Develop a marketing plan, write letters, source prospect, implementation.
We are looking for an experienced Chinese business marketing person to write a marketing plan specific for China to sell 2 properties in the USA to Chinese furniture, furnishings and accessories exporters to the USA.
The person should be based in China, experienced in business development, strong in English and Chinese.
Also sourcing of prospects in China, i.e. email addresses, names, position/title, company, telephone in excel format to send the letters and brochures to. Letters to be in English and Chinese.
The task:
Phase 1. Develop a marketing plan for China
Phase 2. Write letters in Chinese (translated in English) to market the properties to China manufacturers and exporters of furniture, furnishings and accessories.
Write letters in Chinese (translated to English) to people or companies of influence in the industry. i.e. Exhibitors, government trade development agencies, etc.
Phase 3. Source list of contacts /prospects to send letters, emails, and telephone follow up in excel format.
Phase 4 Implementation, follow up and report.
Phase 5 Final report and completion.
Will need some research in the High Point market in USA where the properties are located before developing the marketing plan for China.
We have a property brochure prepared in both English and Chinese. This will be sent to the person with the winning bid.

Phase 4: 20% Within 2 days from implementation, follow up and report phase
Phase 5: 20% Within 2 days from final report completion.
