Appointment Setters & Lead Generation

We are 17 year old commercial janitorial service who is looking to outsource our Appointment Setting needs. We need serious individuals, companies or call centers only who can get the job done and get it done correctly. We are not looking for a bunch of garbage leads from any person that said yes to an appointment. We have guidelines for qualified appointments as well as instructions of how the telemarketing will be done. Please do not bid unless you can start work on this project immediately! We don't want to wait for you to get setup, establish VOIP or Skype or whatever else, if you bid be ready to call it's that simple. We are looking for professionals ONLY! Also please have the ability to record your calls for verification purposes. We need daily results, which means we need you to produce leads on a daily basis, if you can't don't bid! Some of the lists we send you will require manual dialing others will be in XLS or CSV, if manual dialing is a problem don't bid! This is a huge numbers game! If you can't call 200+ businesses a day manually or 360+ using a predictive dialer or auto dialer then this may not be right for you. We pay Friday night for all leads attained during the week. You will be responsible for entering these leads in to a spreadsheet so we can keep track of what leads you got. We verify all the appointments you send over and will enter whether or not they are a qualified lead on the spreadsheet. This process takes less than an hour so leads need to be sent over to us as soon as you get them. Voice recordings of the leads you set are sent to us in a different manner. We are not going to award this project to just one Freelancer we will award this project to as many that qualify. Understand this project has no income limitations, it is ongoing. We will pay you for as many leads as you can generate therefore this project has an unlimited income potential. Job Responsibilities: • Manage customer contact lists • Perform outbound calls from sales lists we provide • Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team • Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position • Manage appointment you set and email or entered them in to our CRM • Communicate well with customers and upper management • Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs Requirements: • Telemarketing experience selling services to businesses • Articulate, compelling, and creative in verbal (phone) communication • Experience using online sources to get information • Organized with good work ethic • Positive outlook • Able to switch back and forth seamlessly between call lists, geographical areas and customers • Basic to intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills • Likes to work as part of a team but works well alone and unsupervised • Needs minimal training and will be able to hit the ground running • Quick learner and works as part of a winning sales team, then this position is right for you! Compensation: • Base $20.00 per appointment UNCAPPED Commissions, Incentives and Bonuses - This means we will give you a list and how many leads we need along with a time frame, meet that time frame and you get a bonus. We will also give you incentives to get the leads to us quicker than the deadline. • Work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday EST, MST, CST, PST Please note that the project is set to a low budget because I want everybody to bid per appointment not on the project as a whole. This project has an unlimited budget as we can take an unlimited number of appointments. We will continue to milestone funds for the appointments you set, meaning we will release milestone payments to you daily if necessary to help you build up.
