I am looking to bring my well-honed secretarial skills, accounting skills, customer service experience and client-focused skills, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to you. I had worked at the Professional Education Institute, as one of their Lead & Marketing Gen Representative offering Coaching Programs to customers in Real Estate, Investments etc. I had worked for Affiliated Computer Services for a little over a year. I was a customer service representative for their Verizon Wireless Project and also I had worked for the Polynesian Cultural Center of Hawaii as an office secretary while attending the nearby Brigham Young University majoring in Accounting. I was fortunate to get a chance to carry out my internship as a finance clerk at the Dependable Global Express's location in Tonga. I have great knowledge and skills in accounting. I am efficient in dealing with customers over the phone whether it’s receiving inbound or making outbound calls and had great experience in office duties. I have great phone skills and communication skills. I am computer literate, and able to document or edit information whether it’s in Microsoft Word, Excel and have good knowledge of Microsoft Access as well.
