data mining and stat analysis from database in SPSS

Looking for expert statistician/econometrist to help me in data-mining, regroup/polish variables and do further statistical analysis + interpretation on a SPSS database built on a survey (likert-scale type). 250 participants * 400 variables. Ideally, I would like to extend it with some fancy stats or Social Network Analysis insights (therefore experience in would be a plus). Proven experience required. Please provide examples of similar research. Please consider it as the first step of an ongoing collaboration on similar issues. Lowest bid will be awarded. Turn out asap. I will be sending a survey sample to the most interesting bids and will discuss further from there. I require a NDA agreement signed and skype communication. Thanks.
