The goal is creating matlab project for car no. distinguishment. For example input will be photo with car bumper and the output should be the photo with rectangle around car.no. The main problem is to create the most efficient algorithm, because I have a sample of 10 photos, and this algo should work whatever photo is given. My price is 70$ for this task, all details in pm.
