Access Data Base

I need someone to go to [login to view URL] and download the SMS summary results for intra state and inter state carriers. Also download the Motor Carrier Census information. There will be two different types of information for carriers based on the same DOT number - i want one company record for each dot showing the information with each dot number. I hope this makes sense? I NEED ALL THIS INFORMATION TO BE ENTERED/IMPORTED INTO AN ACCESS DATA BASE THAT WILL ALLOW ME TO SEND EMAILS/LETTERS RUN REPORTS BASED ON THE DOT NUMBER AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE I NEED A TO QUERY EVERY CARRIER IN FLORIDA WITH A HOURS OF SERVICE BASIC SCORE OVER 70. IF YOU COULD ALSO BUILD BASIC QUERIES - LETS SAY FOUR FOR ME THAT WOULD BE GREAT :) ***Motor Carrier SMS Results These files contain the current SMS results for all active motor carriers. Each zip file consists of two files: 1. A comma delimited “flat” data file with inspection summary data and the SMS results for each publicly available BASIC for each carrier with an active USDOT number. 2. A text file that describes the contents of the data file. ****Motor Carrier Census Information This file contains a subset of FMCSA registration data for all motor carriers. The zip file consists of two files: 1. A comma delimited “flat’” data file with the following information: USDOT Number, company name, address, contacts, number of Power Units, number of drivers, and other registration information. 2. A text file that describes the contents of the data file.
