Access Database Design

Code and build an access database. I need an access programmer(s) to build an Access database from templates and other sources of information I will provide. The project will require you advise me on how you need instructions presented to you as well as agreement on whether you can (and Microsoft Access is able to) format the basic design I am looking for. This post is to ask for expressions of interest. If you are a competent Assess programmer or an IT firm building access databases for clients please express your interest. Once expressions of interest are received I will provide basic instructional video introducing the type of database I need built. From that you should be in a position to determine whether you wish to continue with your bid. I envisage the project taking some time to do and it will involve online discussions and working together. Please visit the URL listed, part of what I am trying to do here is establish that offshoring is viable for complex assignments. There is a prevailing attitude among many Australians that offshoring work will never be successful. Finally, the Access database will need ongoing changes and modification over time. Why this is so will be clearer later, but all things being equal you should be involved in that process of the next year or two as well.
