Construct an Access Database to accommodate data capture and documentation of a Quality Control process. A set of Input Forms will provide data entry fields per a defined process. A set of queries are needed to return specific information to the User.
1. Design Database and tables to store QC Process Data Inputs
2. Construct 6 User Input Forms for data capture
3. Develop 12-15 queries to return statistics and/or data points
Please see attached Flow Charts describing "Raw Materials" and "Finished Goods"
Form Mock-Ups will be provided with data type (e.g. option set, text, number)
We would like to complete the project in 3 phases, once scope is narrowly defined.
1. Initial Build
2. Review/Modification Round 1
3. Review/Modification Round 2
If necessary, additional small changes may be required.
If necessary, you will be provided with a Virtual Host to complete your work.
We are open to Fixed Rate and Hourly compensation terms.
Please reference the attached document for Application flow including Mock-Ups of the GUI and reports.
Additionally, please note that timestamps for inputs are signified using "T" and that these will be used in running reports based on time between entries.
