Android App for Direct Camera Upload

Looking for simple one-function Android app that will do the following: 1. Click icon on homescreen to launch app. 2. App activates the back (primary) camera and disables the flash (if phone has a flash). Capture setting should be max image resolution 1600x1200. 3. User taps screen (either generically or a specified button...your choice) to capture the image.. 4. Image is shown magnified on-screen to show detail (user can drag image around to view various parts for quality inspection) 5. User has two buttons to chose from: 1) retake 2) upload 5a. If user selects "retake"...go to step 2. 6. If user taps "upload" the image is sent to a webserver via POST method. URL will be provided. 7. Website will return "ok" if upload was success. If success response received, display "Success" on the screen and two buttons: 1) capture another 2) exit 7a. If user selects "capture another" go to step 2. 7b. If no success response, display message "Error uploading image." and have two buttons: 1) try again 2) exit 8. When the upload is complete and/or the user exits the app, the captured image(s) should be removed. They are not stored on the phone. NOTES: In addition to supplying the .apk file for testing on my Android devices, I will also require all source code files (not compiled). The winning bidder will have a proven history of Android app development and ideally can provide me with an example of camera interfacing in an existing app (exact functionality need not be implemented in example).
