Android Application integrating with Phone's GPS Jellybean - repost

Looking to find a developer who has experience designing Android Applications for Honeycomb and Jellybean. We are looking to integrate with phone GPS via the Operating System's interface for Geofence type of application. This application is very simple and the right type of person has already coded something similar or can use the Android GPS API to quickly do so. Developer must be able use SVN Subversion or must want to learn how. Let's face it, if you're good at developing, you should know a lot about version control and subversion would be one of the systems you've used in the past... Viable developers will send a well written explanation of their skill sets in paragraph form with descriptions of past projects or experience that is relevant.
