Android Channels TV

I need An app that will play's RTMP streams and hand SWFURL protection too, i would like to get it work with smartphones, and even with tablet's. so how i see the app: list of channels name when use click on the channel (logo), it will open the stream of the channel. the server(FMS) will verify the link and swfUrl to allow or not for further information's plz contact me. Hope that will be achieved faster
