Android Game Request

My business is currently in development of a game for Android. I am looking for quotes on the project. My company would supply all the artwork, music, and design documents, which explain all requirements for the game. Sample levels will be drawn, all game logic will be explained and documented. Your company would be responsible for the actual engine programming (Graphics, playing sounds, Saving, Player Control, collision detection, loading different levels), also some of the bare bones features, such as putting a object on the screen, moving to a different level through a menu, displaying text for tutorials. The game is going to be a jigsaw puzzle game. I am looking for optimized, well documented code in English. Although English does not need to be your first language.
