Android app (which will use google spreadsheet)

The aim of this contract is to develop a Android based application, that will be able to upload data to Google Docs (Google Spreadsheet, to be exact). The columns added to Google Spreadsheet, should be reflected in the application. A small function should exist, that is able to generate an unique 'data' based on start on initial of few tuples. The tuple to be used, can be defined by admin of that spreadsheet and should not be hard coded. The android app should be able to cache data, in case no internet connectivity is available, so it can later upload data to Google Spreadsheet.
