Android copy of Store Locator iPhone app

I've already written an iPhone app for a client of mine and would like someone to copy it for Android for me. The app has three main options on the front screen: Find the nearest store to my current location. Find stores based on postcode. Find stores based on state. All three options should initially present a list with the distance and store's logo etc, but should have the option of a map view. The store location data is downloaded from a CSV file that already exists on a publicly available web server. This file is only 30Kb, but I'd like the app to check for changes to the file and only download (and update its local DB) if the file has changed. I will provide all of the artwork, icons etc. Please provide a rough costing for the project and availability, plus details of some Android apps that you've developed that make use of geolocation/maps etc. Once I choose someone, I'll let you know the iPhone app that you're copying and we can finalise the costing then. I'm a developer myself, so I'm looking for someone who will provide clean, well commented code for me to look after going forward. This also means that you don't need to do any of the marketplace submission etc, so please account for that in your quote. I'm also looking for this to be an ongoing relationship because I've got a lot of work coming in and would like to have someone I can trust to help with some of it.
